I am having problems with my shoulders when I work out.I have revised my form to no avail. When I work my chest especially...I get a huge pump in my delts to the point that it effects my chest workout. I get this when doing everything from bench to pec dec to and espacially incline (understandably).Should I just tke something to help with lactic acid or do you guys and girls have any ideas on form or excercises?
