So I tore my pec about a year and a half ago. Doctor said it was a partial tear after I had the MRI so I went 2 months no activity to start off. Then did some pt for a few months. Now no matter what I do it how light I lift it always bothers me. It's also now starting to affect my bicep and shoulder lifts. Doctor said surgeory would be an unlikely fix because oF the way its torn and he says to just leave it. Im at a dead end and need this thing fixed. My friend said I should run an 8 week cycle of test and it would most likely heal the pec. I am open for this option because at this point I'll do anything. My worries are that I've heard that steroids weaken your tendons and the point where it hurts the most is the connection between the bicep and pectoral. My friend insists that it will not affect that but I'm not sure. Also I've always been a supporter of nat lifting so my other concern is if I took a cycle, how could I fix this pec without getting bloated and "huge". I am 22, 5' 11", 200 lbs, pretty ripped and veiny and I do not want to lose that. I am ok with gaining some muscle but I would like to avoid having to take a post cycle. Any advice?
