hey this is my first post on the traing board but have been on EF a little while. im 18 years old with one cycle under my belt, im 6'5 255-265 last clocked at 16% but i think i dropped a little since then. my prob is my chest has stopped growing and strength has stopped also, could somebody please help me out with a chest workout to try? i dont plan on taking anything but food and shakes.
