Well the general consensus is its not recommended to mix water and oil based compounds together. To maximize effectiveness, I would shoot them separtely.

why is it not recommended to mix oil and water together? i have done this for years and had no issues what so ever. cuts down on injection times. the oil and water still end up inside the muscle, so why does it matter if they get there together???

First off, it is not recommended to mix oil & water because theoretically speaking it simply cannot be done. However, yes it is possible to have oil & water in a syringe at the same time and shoot them together. My only concern is being able to compensate for the varying pressure of the injection (as the water shoots through so much quicker than oil). I myself have tried it and have had sore injection sites afterwards, as opposed to none when I split the shots up. To each their own...
