help needed..

Hi, I am new to this board and to everything in fact. I am 6'3" 250lbs (not fat, well proportioned) and have no idea on my BF%. I just started working out again after having stopped last year. I am interested in using Deca and just want to hear if its OK for me to start taking it if I just began lifting again. I am interested in 2 cycles as follows:

1st cycle
Week
1- 200mg
2- 400mg
3- 400mg
4- 400mg
5- 400mg
6- 200mg

2nd Cycle
Week:
1- 200mg
2- 200mg
3- 300mg
4- 300mg
5- 400mg
6- 400mg
7- 400mg
8- 400mg
9- 300mg
10- 300mg
11- 300mg
12- 200mg

Let me know if you think this is the way to go or if you have anything better, your opinion is welcomed. Thanx again and bare with me as I am new to this anabolic stuff.

The biggest question is what do you want as your final result when the cycle ends? Are you cutting or bulking? Your body fat % is very important because it provides an idea to rather you are prone to gyno or not.
 
Read, read, read my friend. Deca only, at 400mg/wk, and your dick will be no good for anything but urinaling. Everyone is dif, but this happens to most. Deca, is not exactly the best thing if you are a little chunky. 6 weeks of deca is almost useless, 10 wks at the least. No need to taper doses, it does not work the way they thought 10yrs ago. Deca can be hard to recover from. If you've just started back lifting, you should have a min of a year of consistant training before you use gear. You'll benifit more from it this way.

Long estered Test at 500mg/wk for 10wks is a good 1st cycle. Maybe kick it with 20 or 30mg/d of dbol, for the 1st 4 wks. The test you wont feel for 3 to 4 wks, but the D, you'll feel after just a few days.

Can you eplain that last paragraph a little better for me to undertand? thanx again and bare with me as I am learning.

if your asking what gyno and dbol are, you need to research before even thinking about doin a cycle... read around, and start training for at least a year. I have been researching for about 8 months and I am still not ready for a cycle. You want to know everything before getting involved in these substances. Good luck and train hard!

most of the time the guys around here speak in short hand (lol) for it takes too long to use the medical terms. Pick up "Anabolics 2004" and maybe "The Steroid Bible" Also I heard that "Steroids101" is a good book if you can get your hands on a copy and read. I learned alot quickly from reading books then I was able to ask the right questions when I joined the various forums. The most knowledge gained the more you will benefit from your cycle and the better you will become at choosing the right gear for you and your goals. There are no quick ways to learning the right way!!!
 
you really should train until your body quits growing naturally or you are just wasting gear. your body can do a lot by itself and even after 1 year it is not done growing. train hard for a few years (like 3-5) and then if you dont like what you see, then try some gear, but study your rear end off during that time.
 
well, I appreciate the input guys. After all, that is what I came in here for. I guess I will start lifting naturally with the help of maybe, creatine? Ill still be here for more help though. Thanx again.
