Hi, I am new to this board and to everything in fact. I am 6'3" 250lbs (not fat, well proportioned) and have no idea on my BF%. I just started working out again after having stopped last year. I am interested in using Deca and just want to hear if its OK for me to start taking it if I just began lifting again. I am interested in 2 cycles as follows:
1st cycle
Week
1- 200mg
2- 400mg
3- 400mg
4- 400mg
5- 400mg
6- 200mg
2nd Cycle
Week:
1- 200mg
2- 200mg
3- 300mg
4- 300mg
5- 400mg
6- 400mg
7- 400mg
8- 400mg
9- 300mg
10- 300mg
11- 300mg
12- 200mg
Let me know if you think this is the way to go or if you have anything better, your opinion is welcomed. Thanx again and bare with me as I am new to this anabolic stuff.
