im 18 years old....160 pounds and would like to start some steriods

i need some expert opinions on what to take......when to take it and will i keep my weight gained on the cycles....

Don't get caught up in some bullshit you don't need. Your blood is pumpin with Magic-bolan right now. HIT THE PROTEIN like crazy you'll see muscle quick.
 
Guys i see it at every gym i have ever worked out at.
I call them Acordian boys they blow up when on and shrink dramatically when off.
Most of the guys go back to a buck fifty when off because they have never built a foundation.
You should workout for a couple of years first to get at a base weight.
My natural weight weight is between 225-230lbs clean.
Without a good base weight u will be fighting a loosing battle.
Everyone should train for a few \years natural to build their foundation!!!
 
Do MASSIVE legs and back, you will grow, I trained all nat for 25 yrs at one point had 19" arms w/ a 32" waist the rest was in proportion, hit the legs HEAVY like it's gonna fuckin' kill you, take the next day off and EAT EAT EAT,then do some super sets ( example:arms -shoulders) then hit stiff leg deads HEAVY and rows HEAVY don't trip to much on form but don't hurt yourself, take the next day off and EAT EAT EAT then hit chest, repeat...
this will put quality size on you, go w/this for at least a couple of years, more like 5 or 6, then hit the chemicals if you feel you need them, It's a tough routine, AAS are easy but your not ready yet.
Learn to train THROUGH FUCKING PAIN, go get yours youngster...

i train 5 days a week
i powerlifted since i was 15 years old training til failure on every set
now i started body building
i work out for 1 hour strong and hard til i get fatigued

i just wanted some advice on shit to take

i read almost all the articles last nite on here....on steriods(almost all of them;) )but i dont know much about all this shit
its like reading chinese to me

SEE, this is proof that you have no idea how your body reacts to diffrent types of trainning and sups! You need to learn all this way way before you ever use gear. Everone is diffrent and this is something that comes from research. Take the time and do it right, you won't regret it!

5 days a week all sets to failure is too much, go one on one off, two on one off w/the routine I refered to previous, you have a little enemy called cortisol that when too stressed (when the body is too stressed) floods the body and canablizes muscle, the one off one on two off one on is as much about hormones as tissue growth, your body needs adequite time to replenish anablic hormones and again overtraing stimulates destructive hormones, relax and rest and eattwo three +days a week, it will be like your on juice, my bros swore I was juicen all my life, I didn't start until o couple of years ago, more out of lack of time to train to meet my goals than anything else, I am 40 yrs. old started BB when I was 14, dude, you dont need chemicals,
not yet anyway, your 5'8 and 160 not bad for 5'8 so you are at least a endomorph, (look it up if you don't know) just rember protien - vitimans for hormone synthesis, PLENTY of rest
