Okay as you all know in a previous thread I'm making strength gains like a mofo...to the point that today for the first time I feel soreness in my shoulders. I know I need to lay off the bench and that putting almost 75lbs on your bench is pretty bad for your tendons legiments ect.
I want to hit the gym still the only excersices that hurt are incline press, bench, overhead presses, and front shoulder presses.
What can I do in place of these or is a two week recoup time on the shoulders the smartest thing to do?
