Help needed on workout.

Okay as you all know in a previous thread I'm making strength gains like a mofo...to the point that today for the first time I feel soreness in my shoulders. I know I need to lay off the bench and that putting almost 75lbs on your bench is pretty bad for your tendons legiments ect.

I want to hit the gym still the only excersices that hurt are incline press, bench, overhead presses, and front shoulder presses.

What can I do in place of these or is a two week recoup time on the shoulders the smartest thing to do?
 
the same thing happened to me today mythical. i was benchin like 40lbs more than what i usually do. i woke up in the mornin and my Ac joint is all fucked up. i have a knot on my left shoulder. it sucks. when i push down on it its painful. i hate takin rest so im only going to workout with low weight more reps.

ditto.

And, slow your tempo. Use 3-1-5 tempo instead of the normal 1-0-2. Don't worry about the lighter weight.

Using dumbells instead of the bar really helped my shoulder.
 
Sucks I only have 90's to workout with....I was thinking of sticking to 250x10 reps maybe 3 sets? I was using a pyramid workout and was hitting the top after reps.

Example 315x6, 350x4, 400x2, 425x1, 445x1, 340x4, 325x6,315x8

What do you think? Light? 250x10x3?
