help needed on diet for fat butt

im 27, 5 feet 11in, 260lbs(just weighed)
Worked out alot when i was younger and was on this board, everybody was helpful need one cycle, as well as DNP, and at my peak i was 235lbs and around 12percent bf, but after years of college and office work and no working out, find myself fat.

Anybody plan me a good strong cutting diet, need to get down to the 215 range atleast.

I am not a weight loss/cutting expert, but I will try to give you some advice and let the other EF bros tweak it from there...

Low carbs, low fats (except for EFAs like flax seed oil and fish oil), and high protein.

The only carbs you should eat (except pw) should be complex and with your situation I would only eat carbs before and after lifting weights for your glycogen deposits.

I would also do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for fat burning.
