Help needed from those willing and knowledgeable

I'm going to apologize now for posting in the wrong section but I'm looking for some answers and I know not everyone browses the Diet Forum's.

First about myself to help you understand my body type:

I want to gain mass.

I'm Male 21 yrs old 6'4" 132 Pounds. I've been this weight my entire adult life through military training and Iraq, I'm "fit" but my body is a race horse burning calories like no tomorrow.

Now that I'm out of active duty I have the personal time to stop all the cardio thats been stopping me from gaining. Here is my work out and diet plan as of now. Suggestions Please!

Average day:

Breakfast:
Eggs, Bacon, Malt-o-Meal, Whole Milk

In-Between:
12 oz Mass XXX Shake w/Whole Milk

Lunch:
(2) Wheat Bagel Sandwich’s (3) strips of bacon (2) Sandwich Sliced Turkey Meat + Graded American Cheese
Or
(2) Wheat Bagel Sandwich’s Half Can of White Albacore Tuna each mixed with ¼ Cup mayonnaise

In-Between/Before Lifting:
12 oz Mass XXX Shake w/Whole Milk

After Lifting / Dinner:
A plate of Spaghetti w/tomato sauce and ground beef 7% fat
Wheat bread w/peanut butter
Whole Milk
1 Cup Broccoli

This is just one day, taking in consideration my weight, height and high metabolism is there anything I’m doing wrong/could be doing better? And what else could I be eating that would help me gain mass? I need some variety, Thanks.
 
Since you are 6'4" and only 132lbs it sounds like you defenitely need some cals in your diet. I would stick w/ alot of red meat, whole milk , all natural p.b., varoius whole grains, etc... Try to get in 6 meals a day and 5000cals. Since you are so skinny I would also recommend some HIGH cal cheat meals of whatever you want.
 
You're young. Don't be so afraid of fat. Replace the bacon with the whole damn pig! When I first started I gained 60lbs. in 14 months on pizza (1 entire Red Barron at a time). Rediculous amount of calories. Absolutely do a mass shake or a couple "slim fasts" right before bed to sleep on. Like srfl said you need twice as many meals. You burn everything you take in like I did. Pull into Burger King when you see one, hungry or not. You'll get used to the extra meals and can start planning your diet around your new found stomach volume after while. For now just eat everything in site, or pound down 4 or 5 slim fasts or whatever a day with your 3 meals. The change will be almost instant if you still hit the gym. BIG WEIGHT, LESS REPS, NO CARDIO (unless warming up)
 
Definitely get the CLEAN calories up to 5000 per day and protein from food up to 300mg per day.

On top of that you could throw some chocolate cheese cake.

Are you training, lifting, thinking about a cycle?


Because I hear your body screaming for:

Test E 1-12 400mg per week
Deca 1-12 400mg per week
D-bol 1-6 50mg per day.


Anti E & PCT

If your not in the gym ignore the cycle nonsense, if you are and know what the heck you are doing, jump on it and you will be 160 by February/



I have a friend here in southern California who is a pro, 37 years old, maybe 5’9” and he is training hard, weighs at least 235, and claims to take in 8000 calories a day.

We go out to breakfast and he will devour 1500-2000 calories at 7 am and then knock down anther 1000-1200 around 10am after the gym.
 
6'4" and 135 pounds.

You may want to see a doctor. That is not a healthy weight. I was once 135 at 5'11" but I was running track + 60 miles per week and I was out of my freaking mind. At 6'4" it is unhealthy.

Eat, eat and eat some more.

I'm 80lbs under weight, I know ;-)

And running like I did with my marines every morning didn't help me, I was much worse then. I've had blood tests and I'm told my good cholesterol and bad are where they should be and are at good levels. No hyperthyroidism or anything like that. I've started using the suggestions given, I'll update as soon as I see the results on scale.

(I'm eating everything offered and in sight now, I don't know what its like to feel hungry anymore).
 
bro you need to eat everything in sight. literally. go on the see-food diet. if you see it, eat it!

good luck with your training endeavors
 
1 pound beef everyday
1/2 gallon whole milk everyday
3 pbj sandwiches everyday
4 scoops muscle milk everyday
and whatever else you can shove into your mouth.. it shouldnt be hard to gain weight ifyou're 6'4/135 lbs
