hey guys,
i got my doc rxed me two 10000IUs of HCG which i was gonna shoot 5000IU on the first day that i start clomid, and shoot another 5000IU a week later. my doc told me that i can not re-use after i mix the solution, i would be using half of the 10000IU one day, trash the rest, and do it again.. (it doesnt come in 5000IU for some reason) the problem is, my insurance doesnt cover it. i was wondering if i could use 1000IUs in 2 doses... meaning, just buying one.. and splitting half and half..
please respond only if u know for sure

First of all, you should never use HCG with Clomid, just use Clomid after last HCG shot with few 3days

you can get an empty vial, and mix the HCG then put it on this vial and keep it on the refregerator but for no more than 10days

also I don't recommend using 5000units at once, 1500iu every other day is the ideal

use the vet version called conceptal 10cc 4000ius per ml and is about $60...way cheaper the profasi or pregnal

It says on my bottle of HCG, that it has a 60 day shelf life once its reconstituted.

WEAM, can u explain why i shouldnt use hcg with clomid. alot of guys here use hcg along with clomid and proviron all at the same time...

Here is what to do , get 10 insulin syringes mix your solutions and fill each with 1000 iu and inject 1000 iu per day for ten days....

Actually,
HCG is just an exogenous hormone containing the Steroidal hormone group Gonadotrophins which has predominantly LH(Luteinising hormone) activity
works by sending signals to the testis to produce more Testosterone but you should notice that it works as an exogenous hormone and not increasing Gonadotrophins production, and HCG will send negative feedback to the hypophysis and HPT-axis

while Clomid do not work as an exogenous hormone at all, it isn't a steroidal hormone but it works by inhibiting Estrogen at the hypothalamus which sends positive feedbacks to the hypophysis to produce more Gonadotrophins and when Gonadotrophins increased it sends signals to the testis to produce Testosterone, but Clomid do not send any kind of negative feedbacks to the hypophysis and HPT-axis but at least it sends positive feedbacks

the conclusion here, HCG will inhibit the natural Testosteorne production while Clomid will works against this inhibition, so they're very different and works against each other, one inhibit one recover!!
it's just like saying I'm going to take an Anabolic hormone with a Catabolic hormone
