O.K. so I have been reading post after post regarding westside style power training. But where do I find a model program, or buy a book or training video? I keep reading the ME and DE days and all I can say is WTF?! I have made good gains from my own routine, 2 warmup sets 15 and 10 reps, then all I can do for 3-4 sets of 5. When I get 3 sets of 5 I bump the weight up 5 lbs and go until I own that weight. I do a 1 RM about 1 time per month.
So if anyone can point, or link me in the right direction it would be appreciated. Thanks...
