Alright, I have a buddy who is about 135lbs, 5'9 and 27y/o. He trains a lot of boxing and wrestling, his bf % is def like 5, maybe less. He doesn't lift a lot of weights but it doesn't ever seem to help him. Jogs everyday, and is always training. His diet seems to be pretty in check..but he's a vegetarian so I'm sure he's not getting the amount of protein he should be (please don't start with defending veggies cause Im not saying anything bad here lol) Anywho, he said he would be interested in trying some supplments (no pins) to maybe help him pack on a bit of muscle. I was thinking maybe something like beastdrol or something, anyone have some suggestions? (He has never taken any steroid or ph before.)
 
Dood needs to eat meat, lol.
That sounds like a good idea for him though bro.
