Hey guys need some advice
Rite im 23 im 5ft8 and i weigh 13 stone, my body fat % is 21%
I wouldnt say im very fat im more of an average build but i recently started to gain a flabby stomach and chest :-( so i basically need tightening (tone) up and i also would like to get some muscle gains
Im going to start a 12 week cycle of Test Prop, Tren Ace and Winstrol
Im looking to do 1ml test, 1ml prob monday - wednesday - friday & winstrol tabs mon to fri
Im gonna get my diet in check - etc... White meat, fruit, veg but im gonna stick to that 6 days a week and have 1 day off
I train heavy weight for 1hr and cardio for 20 mins 5 days a week
How does this sound, will i get more toned ? Muscular? As im goin on hols in 5 months so im looking for good gains fast
