help ! my first time doing this

Hey guys need some advice

Rite im 23 im 5ft8 and i weigh 13 stone, my body fat % is 21%

I wouldnt say im very fat im more of an average build but i recently started to gain a flabby stomach and chest :-( so i basically need tightening (tone) up and i also would like to get some muscle gains

Im going to start a 12 week cycle of Test Prop, Tren Ace and Winstrol

Im looking to do 1ml test, 1ml prob monday - wednesday - friday & winstrol tabs mon to fri

Im gonna get my diet in check - etc... White meat, fruit, veg but im gonna stick to that 6 days a week and have 1 day off

I train heavy weight for 1hr and cardio for 20 mins 5 days a week

How does this sound, will i get more toned ? Muscular? As im goin on hols in 5 months so im looking for good gains fast

How long you been training seriously bro?
I can see a lot of guys telling you to drop bf and build up your physique naturally before using juice. And def don't use 3 compounds for your first cycle.
 
I been training on and off for 3 years, but this time i been doing it non stop for 3 months but i dont intend stopping at all now
 
get your bf% down to around 15% before you start a cycle

get in a good steady consistent groove before you start a cycle

get your diet in check for a few months before you start a cycle

your diet should already be in check. and also there are no days off if you are serious about this sport (considering you are only 21 and want to juice already tells me you aren't yet which is fine, just no need to juice right now. in a few years when you want to take this seriously then that will be the time) seems like you want a short cut man. you see what I'm getting at?

i do give you props though for being honest about your lifestyle habits. i get a lot of guys who are 20% body fat claim they eat perfect yada yada yada. well unless your thryoid is messed up no one especially at your age should be over 15%. so as Judo said above.. DO NOT JUICE yet. get that damn body fat down. steroids will not help you lose body fat. diet and lifestyle changes will.

Well my friend who has the same bf% as me and basically same weight and height, started this cycle 8 weeks ago, his bf has dropped to 12% whilst on a 6 day a week clean diet

Heve managed to gain a lot of muscle in all areas, his hips are tighter and his stomach is tighter

His cycle was test prop and tren ace only, i thought id have the same gains if not better as im also takin winstrol, confused now as im bein told its a big no no usin juice this early but at the same time my close friend is seein outstandin gains :-s
 
Wait to see what happens when your friend gets off his cycle. My mate thought he could drink winny and fart lightning bolts, used gear without adequate research knowledge etc and it took him ages to recover losing all his newly gained muscle and a lot of what he had before.

Bro I told you they'd advise you not to juice, think about it, they're much more knowledgeable and experienced than you and have NOTHING to gain by advising you not to use gear, they're only giving you the best advice they can and it's for YOU'RE health.

My friend is fully aware of pct cycles as he done a lot of research, he been doin intense training since oct 2011 and he intends on starting his pct at the end of this cycle.

But i know your advising me not to jump into takin juice, i jus want to know WHY not start now, WHY wait
 
Because your are not knowledgable enough to use AAS... Or u would know youre swinging for the fence. U dont need tren yet. U could gain 12 n lose 10 with the test alone... U dont even the strength of the compounds you are taking.. 1 ml these days, 1 here,1 there.... Lol, sounds like a disaster....

Personally, I would run the test
1-8 Weeks around 4-500mg.
Will give u great results. Your going to overwhelm your receptor with multiple compounds n wonder why u need gh or a megadose to see gains.. Be smart n think min. n train n eat.

your friend will just blow back up after he crashes after cycle most likely and look worse than before. you came here for advice but if its not what you want to hear i guess you will ignore it. if you want to do things right then listen to the vets on here who are trying to help you. this isn't a marathon, its a sprint. its not how good your friend looks now. its how good he will look in a year, 5 years, 10 years etc.
 
steve had a great analogy in a post earlier this week but basically it boils down to crawling before you walk and walking before you sprint.
 
Save it for later you only have 3 months of training and a terrible diet. I dont count time off as training time. Get yourself together, spend 3 years straight of training and dieting then juice. I know its not the answer you wanna hear but its the truth. Your not ready.
