Help...muscle dismorphia strikes again!

I've noticed my tricep looks really tiny. Is it that bad, or is my muscle dismorphia getting to me again?

I have muscle dismorphia... sometimes when I look in the mirror I see 11" or 12" arms, not 19" arms. Why do you think I train so hard and use steroids???
