Help me work with what I've got

Okay so I'm planning to do another cycle. I've done one cycle about a year and a half ago. That time I did 20 shots of sust, 500mgs a week.

Right now I'm 5'11" 165lbs. I have an athletic build, I'm a regular at the gym, exercising 4 to 5 days a week. I've never been too concern with bulking, I started working out regular maybe 6 months before the first cycle I did (yea go ahead flame me), that cycle gave me a nice kick in the ass, and I've been addicted to the gym ever since, mostly that great feeling you have all day after a nice workout. So I wanna do some more gear, but my budget is a little tight. Here's what I've got to work with, I don't even know if I should use it all (particularly the primo cuz it might just be a waste with what I have).

I have: 18 amps of sust250, 9 amps of Primo, and 1 1/2 vials of Propionate (sp?).

I'll need to get something for PCT (Chlomid i guess?) and something for gyno (Last time I kinda got bitch nipples).

If someone could help me construct a decent cycle with what I have that'd be awsome. I know it might not be a lot, but I wouldn't consider myself a 'body builder' I would be happy with whatever gains I got even if they weren't anything rediculous.

Also one quick question, this heat really curbs my appetite. So I'm wondering, what's more important, calories or protein? Would it be okay to sacrifice calories in order to take in more protein? or should I sacrifice protien for more calories?
 
kind of heat we taking, i am in 106 weather in the desert and i shedded 5 pounds right quick, just sweating and trying to stay heydrated. forget the primo and prop. just run your sust for 12 weeks at 250mg a week. you could front load at 500 the first two weeks cause you have extra. but primo is a waste imo under 600mg a week at least,
bro you need to read the pct forum, you'll need hcg and nolva, thats all i use, forget clomid. calories have to be an excess of what you are used to if you want to grow, but eating 1-1.5g of protein for each pound you weigh is also essential. i don't put on an lb if i don't eat 5000 cals and take in enough protein, i completely waste the sauce. we have a similar build, its a bitch for me to put on weight.
 
Thanks man, I know all about not bein able to put on weight. When I got into working out just over 2 years ago I was probably about the same height and like 145 pounds, mad skinny, I've gained like 20 solid pounds, and definately look a zillion times better, but I'm so stuck at this point I figured I'd try givin the gear a try again. You sure 250mgs a week is enough? Seems to me everyone's going 500 a week. I usually aim for about 4000 calories a day, and with this heat that's been really hard. It's like in the 90's and humid as hell, east coast.

I really appreciate the input, anyone else's would be sweet too. Thanks!

I don't go over 500mgs a week of test. I'm 238 right now. I still grow off it.
Work on your diet. That is what drives everything. Write down what you eat and when for two days. Post it up and let the guys/girls have a look at it.
Once that is in line.. post up your routine. We will get that in shape too.
Those two things alone I bet will be good for a quick 5 to 10 lbs!!!
 
hell yea, man i was 6 1 125 as a frosh in college, same thing as u went up to 145 and was fuckin stuck for 3 years, 148 was the most i could get natty and i would lose it without constantly eating like a horse. so i geared up last year and put on 22 lbs with the proper diet being the key, some of us ectos really do need gear in order to grow signifigantly when we are stuck.
 
I'd use the Sust. at 500 per week for 9 weeks, then use the prop every other day for a couple of weeks then head straight into PCT. I'd rather go into PCT straight from a short ester like Prop instead of something like Sust.

What Pentatonic said,I'm a big fan of Sust and I think you'll love the results that 500mgs a week will give you.
