Hey boys,
Im going into winter soon and am looking to run a pretty strong, but safe bulker. I don't however want to take more juice than I need to given that Im a little fella (in between 165 - 170 pounds.
I do alot of boxing as well so Im pretty lean at the moment.
STATS: 24,
weight:165-170lbs
weight training: 5 years (while boxing), BodyBuilding: 2 years
Cycle history: 2 cycles (both test cyp @ 400 mg + SARMS S4 to bridge cycle one and OSTA SARMS during PCY for cycle two.)
I finished running my last cycle about 2 months ago which as mentioned above was test cyp 400/week for 10 weeks. I did a proper pct (what my budget could afford) Nolva 20/20/20/20, HCGenerate, Unleashed, Post cycle and i expect Im coming close to recovering (ill get bloods done soon.
For the next month or two Im gonna run supps only from need2 and while saving for the next cycle.
Right now the OSTA SARMS is working great - Im lifting more than when I was on cycle (slowly) and im very lean. BF would be about 12% & lots of vascularity around the arms.
I have a small frame but have filled out the muscles.
Anyway cutting to the chase.
I was thinking for a big lean (well lean as possible while still bulking ;-) bulker, i was tossing up between running:
Option 1: sus 500/week + deca 200/week
Option 2: sus 750/week + deca 400/week
Option 3: sus 750/week + deca 200/week.
My main goal is to bulk up and make my way towards 185lbs while staying lean once the water weight drops off - ill probably run osta sarms after again.
Now I dont want to run more than neccessary for a person of my weight and training experience. This is not just for financial reasons but also for the sake of
my health and limiting side effects.
My diet is good all year round and I train 4/5 days a week (when im not either boxing or BJJ) anywho - routine is very consistent.
thoughts and opinions?
