Help Me! wokrout 5 days a week

My current workout consists of 4 days a week.

M,T, Th, F

I do
M:Chst, tris
T: Back, Bis
Th: Legs, Calves
F: Shoulders, Forearms


I want to switch to a 5 day routine hitting all body parts in one day.
I have read quite a few posts saying how youre muscles benefit more from training them anywhere from 3 - 5 times a week. Ive been doing my current workout routine for 2 - 3 years now. Its time for a freakin change..

Any suggestions? I want to work in 2-3 15 minute sessions of carido in there also.

I was thinking of something like :

M-F
4 sets for each of the following body parts:
Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders

T and Th Do 3 sets for calves Do 3 sets for Tris and 3 sets for Bis..
Of course lower the sets I do for legs, chest, shoulders, and back.

M, W, F 15 minutes of cardio after workout

My current workout routine also fails in the way that if I have something to do on any days of the week I lose a day to train that body part for that week and well that sucks.

Any help would be appreciated.
