Today at work my friend and I got into a four hour argument over selling steroids. He said if someone has no criminal records they will still go to jail for a few years. I told him they would get a fina and probation. There is a guy in my gym who carries a booksack literally full of juice and he got popped. It was like he was holding a sign up. So you think a fine or jail time?

I think it all depends on many factors. If a person got busted for distributing/selling then jail time is very likely. If it's just a small possession, then fines and probation is more common, but rest assure they will try to find the "bigger fish" (the guys source) regardless of which sentence is given.

you get a bottle of fina w/the probation? :D

Yeah thats what i told him........

Yeah bro fina is always on my mind.:D

Golfer, It's funny you mentioned the "booksack" thing because I had a friend that was a major drug dealer in my area. He didn't deal in AAS, but had everything else illegal.
Well he carried a back-pack around with him and it was full with all kinds of stuff like weed, X, oxy's, etc... I always thought "what a dumbass" why not carry just the amount he was delivering?
Long story short he got busted (not that way but by shipping 50 lbs of weed via FedEx) then got out of it because he ratted others out.

I think it depends on where you live. Being in Canada myself, I think things are much different in the US. It also depends on the severity of the crime and how "important" you are in the steroid distribution game. Having said that, I think you would get raped by a twenty foot hippopotamus wearing a rain coat and an over-sized novelty cowboy hat.

You will be threatened with jail time, but will probably just end up spending a load of cash on a lawyer and get probation and a crimminal record.

Then again it also would depend on what state you're in and how much you are caught with, and whether they have a good case for dealing.

Friend got busted with selling AAS had over $40,000 street value.

Got charged in federal court

he had no record

he got $3500 fine
2 years probation.
