Help me with squat

Well im on the gym labtop right now and im doing Heavy Squat for first time..

I doing 5x5 so i've put 185lbs but its not rly hard for my legs I know i could do heavier but the problem is im hurting my back and Im doing the squat like it needed and i did alot of warm up and still fucked up is that normal??
 
Well i turned to 205 lbs and i still feel i can to more but ill stick with it till i get some Advise by you guys thank..
 
How long have you been lifting for?

Have you had a break from lifting?

If your back is hurting, I would drop the weight, and do higher reps, make sure your form is good, build up the muscles and core strength.

It may not look as good, but it is a lot better than having to stop doing things like dead lifts and squats because you have injured your back.
 
Gonna make 1 years at 12 january and ive stoped lifting for 2week cuz i was in vacancy and i guess ill stick with 205 and do like 8 rep if i can
 
Sounds alot like your back doesn't have the conditioning at this point for heavier squats.
Do you do deads? That will help strengthen the lower back.
 
There's a video and other information in the Training Vault. Might be a good idea to compare. The Squat sticky there is useful also. Reading it is close to having someone talking you through the motion.

Sometimes the rest of your body can't keep up with the increase in weight so you have to increase the supporting cast as Tatyana and nolongerconfused said.
