Well im on the gym labtop right now and im doing Heavy Squat for first time..
I doing 5x5 so i've put 185lbs but its not rly hard for my legs I know i could do heavier but the problem is im hurting my back and Im doing the squat like it needed and i did alot of warm up and still fucked up is that normal??
