Help Me Somebody

200mg a week of cyp is more than fine for your first ccyle, some people say thats for girls, i just did it and look great. as for winny half cc everday, and yes you can drink it. with your bf being so low you just want to not even throw in winny, i may get blasted for that. how long have you been doing winny? also get your self an ai and some pct. if you have the money at your age go to a rejuvantion place and actaully get a prescrition. i do and it forces me to get blood levels checked. so you know if you are clean for your next cycle. also go on th diet forum here and read about diet. sounds like with your genetics you can be a bit looser than me, i have to stay strrict.

Your right about the Muscle Milk. I wouldn't call my eating habits a diet. I don't eat a lot of crap, but I really have no guide lines in how I eat. You got any suggestions. I do try to take in as much protein as I can, but that is about as much thought as I have put into it. I guess to be 170 plus at around 6% fat is just good genes. I see a lot of guys in the gym who are big and strong, but just don't have any shape, kinda like a power lifters build. These are not the guys I am wanting to get my info from, I am as strong or stronger than most of them and half their size. I need some good dieting tips for that lean muscle weight I am looking to put on, as well as any info I can get on how to best stack the test and winny I've got.
 
Clean food will be your key. chicken,lean steak, fish, turkey.
low glycemic carbs. brown rice, oarmeal, greens.
some do high glycenic carbs immediately after working out with protein.
good fats- efa's, olive oil, fish oil, nuts etc.

I'd stop the winny and figure out your diet first. It's pretty hard at first but once your in the swing of things it gets easier. test for 10-12 weeks @ 500mgs ew will be wat your looking for.

Also maybe yr gear is bunk?

Admittedly I don't have AAS experience as I'm just preparing for my first cycle now, but is anyone else seeing the training issue? The one thing that jumps out at me is that you say your training involves a ball players routine and that you have never really lifted heavy. I'm seeing this and thinking that to add size you are going to have to train heavy and train intensely? Everything I've learned in preping for the Certified Personal Trainer exam indicates indicates that at some point to continue growing you are going to have to live heavy and hard. I know that AAS reduces this factor to some degree, but I don't think it eliminates it. Besides it seems to me if you are going to put out the money to run a cycle you should be lifting like a mad man to squeeze out the greatest bang for the buck. These are just my thoughts, guys please correct me if I am wrong here.

Your right about that, but what I was saying was that was my experience in the past with lifting. I have been lifting heavy for the last 4 weeks, well heavy for me any way. Been using some of the BFS stuff, like 3sets of 3 going as heavy as I can. I have seen constant improvement in my bench and squat, while doing this. Im really at a loss now as to if its the winny helping me or the routine. My question is can I immediatly start the test, if I just drop the winstrol, or do I need to wait and let my system clean out. I weigh myself every Tuesday, yesterday I was 176lbs, last week I was 170 lbs, what causes that kind of weight gain and loss over a short period of time. I appreciate you guys helping me out here, this aint the kind of stuff you can just go in the gym and talk to the local guys about.

it sounds like you dont want to drop winny, thats fine, stay on it but throw in some test fast. it will take a a couple weeks to get in your system, but my guess is your genetics are better than avg and anything you take will make you grow, but get the most out of it put some test in there.

that's a false statement, test gets into your system the second you inject it. It doesn't take weeks for it to get in there. Your body starts absorbing it instantly. It takes a couple weeks to see results with long ester test, but it doesn't mean it's not in your system and working. Guys start seeing results within days using prop.
