help me set up my cellphone!! WAP SETTINGS;;

So I bought a phone off Amazon... LG VIEWTY KU990... none of the internet or crap worked so I needed to set up wap? ... i got all the information from my provider.. but theres no steps on how to do this .. can someone be helpful enough to help me out... 100k for best answer!! this is the info i got from my provider. i asked rogers if they can do it..but they wont since i bought hte phone online..

to the above post ..didnt really help bro!

Step 1

go to Phone settings->Connectivity->Access points and add the following 2 access points.

Access point 1
Connection title: Rogers APN
Bearer: GPRS
Authentication: PAP
Username: wapuser1
Password: wap
APN: internet.com

Access point 2
Connection title: Rogers MMS
Bearer: GPRS
Authentication: PAP
Username: media
Password: mda01
APN: media.com

Step 2

go to Browser->Settings->Profiles and add the following profile.

Browser Profile
Service name: Rogers TCP
Homepage: http://mymobilehomepage.rogers.com <- *see note below
Connection Mode: TCP with proxy
IP address: 208.200.067.150
Proxy server port: 8080
Security: not secure
Access point: Rogers APN

*note that this is the default page for Rogers Zone, however it doesn't work right now because that page cannot detect the KU990 and so will not display a page, a workaround is to use Operamini if you need to use Rogers Zone, i'm putting it here just for reference, but i actually use google.com as homepage

Step 3

go to Messaging->Settings->Multimedia message->Multi msg centre and add the following.

MMS Centre
Title: Rogers MMS
MMSC URL: http://mms.gprs.rogers.com
MMS Proxy: 172.25.0.107
Connection mode: TCP with proxy
Access point: Rogers MMS
