I can provide people with workout routines and diet advice.
Just about anything.

I think you should vote for someone that is new with fresh ideas. hint hint bb4life that's me hahah I have been around for allot of years on allot of boards some of you might know me as db at varix or gade not saying that them boards are better. This board is the most up and coming board on the net. Well better run

I definitly think Mustang 18 should be a mod, hes always there with a quick answer, and he is a nice guy.

Mustang_18 , He is all ways right on with the info and has a good temprament. I don't think I have ever seen a post where he flames anyone, the closest i have seen him come to a flame is . While alot of people will flame the newbie, M18 is there trying to help them out. I am not try to down people for flaming I have done it myself, Just to give credit where it is due.
