Help me put together an ECA

I am thinking of combining my own ingrediants for an ECA minus ephedra.

So far I am thinking I need caffeine and green tea. What else? I would appreciate brands to search for and any online sites that have the parts cheap.

Not a flame, but...What do you mean "what else"? If you take out the ephedrine, there isn't anything left but caffeine and aspirin. I'm not sure what you mean by "ECA" without the ephedra - since the "E" stands for ephedra in the first place (you know what I mean?). Are you simply looking for an alternative to ECA?

Yohimbine HCL plus green tea are good alternatives.
