1cc deca every mf 1-12
working on getting my diet down just right i think i can honestly put on 30lbs... last time i put on around 17 with an inexpierenced diet

there are a variety of pct's that i could do i just havent choose one... ill be honest and say the pct will only be a month and then i will go back on though
i totally go on whut i feel when im in the gym... i dont lift certain muslce on certain days.... i dont lift certain rep ranges or do set ranges... i dont even count reps really its either a lot or few....BUT off cycle even if i feel like lifting... i make sure i go one day on one day off.. . no matter what...to avoid over training... deca had been the only drug that allowed me to lift 6 days a week and never feel sore.bigmouth2006 said:how do you adjust your training when you get off your cycle? stay heavy or go for reps?
