help me put this cycle together

not a bad advice but it depends on how many cycles you have done apparently you have gear left over and a word of advice get some capsules the reforit-b because it is gross as fuck. peace and good luck

1cc sust every mwf 1-14
1cc deca every mf 1-12

working on getting my diet down just right i think i can honestly put on 30lbs... last time i put on around 17 with an inexpierenced diet

that sounds good i have done a similar cycle with good results
what about anti-e's and pct do you have that lined out?

there are a variety of pct's that i could do i just havent choose one... ill be honest and say the pct will only be a month and then i will go back on though

hey it's all good dude have you read the post on x-facter for cleaning your recepters
 
im def going to be off for at least a month... hit the clomid and hcg hard.... then see where im at from there... ive got the pct down now...the biggest thing is making sure its a time of little stress and keeping an even more insane diet then when im on cycle, and totaly adjusting my days on- days off when it comes to lifting...either way im wanna lean out when i come off this insane bulk...

i totally go on whut i feel when im in the gym... i dont lift certain muslce on certain days.... i dont lift certain rep ranges or do set ranges... i dont even count reps really its either a lot or few....BUT off cycle even if i feel like lifting... i make sure i go one day on one day off.. . no matter what...to avoid over training... deca had been the only drug that allowed me to lift 6 days a week and never feel sore.

on cycle i do whutever i feel like as often as i feel like doing it based on what my body tells me and how it feels
 
that's cool i usually make my tues. and thurs. the first week i am off and the 2nd i will do my mon,weds, and fri. workout and then go back to my normal workout going for reps one week and supersets the next week until i feel balanced or i get back on gear then start going heavy again
