Help Me Plz

I was in a wreck a week ago from this last friday. Now after I lift I always feel like shit (especially after squats). I just got in from squatting and I feel like shit. I can't stop myself from lifting. Even when its making me feel like shit I continuously lift. Has this happened to anyone else. Pls help...THIS SUCKS BALLS
 
What do you mean exactly? Feel like shit how? Worn out? Tired?
burned out? Pain?
It may be from stress if the accident effected you emotionally, you'd just have to give that time. Watch your food intake to keep it up too as this will seriously effect how you feel. I learned that the hard way. I got sick and didnt eat hardly anything, didnt lift, nothing, and lost 15 pounds. Im not back to where I was but I should be by Tuesday.

You going to have to explain what you feel more clearly. You maybe experiencing the after effect of the accident, getting an adraline (sp?) rush may last for days, then you crash. If it persists, see a doctor.

This is so simple. . . .. take time off!!!!!!!!!
 
I get light headed and sometimes feel somewhat sick to my stomach. I know i need to take time off but for some reason I can't get myself to do it. My goal is to not lift once this whole week, but like last week, it probably won't work..lolol
