help me please gyno from dbol

i have taken 30mg per day of dbol for a month with proviron and nolva, i had a small amount of gyno before but now its gotten quite bad and my nipples are very puffy. im a real amature and i was wondering if anyone could tell me my best treatment, im not on anything at all atm i want to reverse my gyno if possible iv heard or letrozole + nolvadex but i have no idea what dosage ect it would make my life if someone could give me sound advice as everything time i search online i find a differant answer. is there anything else to cure/reverse gyno.
