You are having swelling of your prostate and maybe some spasm of the urethra caused by tren and test and if you are on anything with ephedrine that makes the urethra spasm too. I have had this problem myself and found that saw palmetto helps a lot. I got the saw palmetto extract from GNC and take it twice a day. I can really tell if I forget to take it.
