Help me out with PCT and hcg optimization

This is what i`ve come up with. Is it right ? what would you change ?

Week 1-8 250 mg sustanon monday+250 mg sus thursday (500mg/wk)

Week 5-10 30 mg Var ED

HCG = week 3-8 at 250 ui every 4 days. SOUNDS RIGHT ?

SHOULD I START PCT 2(14 days) or 3(21 days) WEEKS after my last sustanon shot ?

PCT will be

day 1 - 14 100mg clomid+40 mg nolva
day14-28 50mg clomid+ 20 mg nolva

100mg of clomid is too high. You dont need to go over 50.

Should i get clomid down to 50 mg ffrom day 1-28 ?

1-28 clomid 50mg
1-14 Nolva 40mg
14-28 Nolva 20 mg

And the HCG protocal would u keep it like this ? 3-8 250 uis E4D ?
