help me out with myself

ok since past 2-3 week im really tired, I can sleep easyly 10-12hour when I go to bed and then in the day im sleeping like 2-3hour, my appetite is not like i used to, I dont eat alot like I used to.. what up :'(

I'm training 4-5 day per week

but when im going to lift im complety in shape fully strenght ..

what you guys think about it?

Are you on a cycle? That will do it, I know I can't sleep these days on a cycle for more than 3 hours at a time. Your iron could be low if your not on a cycle as well. Go to the pharm ask for some slow fe(iron tabs) take for 4 or 5 days and you will sleep like a baby.
 
A. Drink more water.
B. Note what time you go to bed and set an alarm clock for exactly 8 hours afterwards. And actually get up when it rings.
 
And force yourself to eat enough. You know as well as I that you need adequate food intake in order to grow. Skipping meals both destroys your hard work and adds to the problem.
 
gota eat bro. youll make no gains without eating right. took me YEARS to learn that all the bodybuilders werent bullshitting when they said that.
 
You sound over trained. When is the last time you took a week off? I take a week off every 4-6 weeks depending on how hard I am hitting it up. Remember you grow in the kitchen and in the bed.

Here is part of it. At 18 your body is still growing, your hormones are raging, and you're training on top of that. Try to eat more and see how you feel. Also you may actually be sleeping too much so that your body isn't ever fully going.

Are you doing any cardio?
What specifically does your diet look like?

well here is my diet of today

breakfest:
4 toast + nutella
500ml milk

snack:
3 granolat bar
500ml water

dinner:
5egg
2 toast + slice cheese on e'm.
500ml milk

snack:dunno yet

supper:we are always eating good/strong meal

later in the night: proteins shake

before bed:
cheese + toast


and yes some trainer at gym told me i overtrained

I think your body need this recovery time. You maybe going to overtrained if you don't back off a little.

It happen to me when i was 17, my body responded really well in the gym but one day i could get oof the bed, i was sick and overtrained.

Take 5 days off, sleep well, and eat well: complex carb, lots af protein and good fat, you will comme back even stronger.
 
yes man some guy told me to train 6 week and take 1 week off I think thats what i will do

Good thing you will do.

I know that you think you're gonne loose muscle if you're not in the gym but remember that your muscles will growth if you let them get the protein they need at night, It's the anabolic mode. When you get overtrained, when you don't train enough or when you can't get enough protein you are in the catabolic mode: proteins get off your muscle. Remember that yout body is trying to balance itself with what you do with it.

One thing i've learn over the years is to balance food, sleep and intensity and that the main difference between a wannabes and a gonnabe!

I would feel like shit too if I ate like this. Clean up your diet bro. There are some good stickies on here with lots of good diet info. Take a break and straighten up your diet. Eat complete proteins with every meal. Eat complex carbs in the AM, higher glycemic and starchy carbs post work out and veggies and fats in the evening.
