help me out with an on cycle diet

i am 28, 190 lbs, 13%ish Body fat.
running 500 mg test-e/ wk and 30mg Dbol/ day

i wanna put on as much muscle as i can, but keep from getting pudgey. actually, i'd like to lean out a bit.

I am out of the country so i am a little limited on what i can get. i can get all the eggs beef and chicken i want. wheat bread is a little trickier, but i think i can get oatmeal and i have tons of proein (syntha 6, isopure, cytogainer). could someone help me out with what to eat and when and how much. thanks
 
and i can get most veggies i think. green peppers and onions all day, but i think i can go out and find other stuff if its better
 
meal one 6 whole omega 3 eggs, one cup of oats mixed with milk and berries. Bluberries are my favorite.

meal two lean protein (meat), complex carb (sweet potato, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, etc) green veggies

meal three same as two

meal four same as two

meal five same as two

Meal six pre bed? Caesin protein shake mixed with sugar free metamucil. 2 tblp of ANPB and 10-15 fishoil caps. You could also take the fishoil with every meal instead of mega dosing

I know that is generic as hell, but that is a pretty good basic template of a good diet.
