I'm 6 foot 224lbs I'd say around 11% not bloated from test e

Diet is 280 protein
280 carbs usually get 250 and more protein somedays
62 fats
Mon chest 400 cals cardio usually 30 min incline treadmill slow pace
Tues back bicep 400cals cardio
Wen legs
Thur shoulders triceps 400cals cardio
Fri off
Sat 600 cals cardio abs
Problem is I was dropping at 3000 cals no cardio had to add cardio once weight scalled then I got on test e500mg a week and treabolone acatate 100mg eod.
I am stuck at 224 drop cals to 2800 and added cardio.feel like I'm not getting as lean as I should be.last time I used tren to bulk and was eating 4000cals and dropped bf can someone give me any advice without trolling.I dropped test to 250 a weeks just to see if I'm bloated
