iTE, I GOT SOME MAJOR JOINT PAIN IN MY ELBOWS, I CANT EVEN HARDLY GET THROUGH A BI WORKOUT, I NEED SOMEHINGTO SOOTHE THE PAIN, I THINK IT A SEVERE CASE OF TENDONITIS, IVE TRIED GLUCOSAMINE CHONDROINTON AND SULFATE, IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER BESIDES ANY AS THAT CAN HELP, I HEAR CEATINE CAN LUBE THE JOINT, IS THIS TRUE??
 
dude you're dehyrated,you need more water....at least 2 gal per day!

Are you drinkiung enough water? 2 gallons is good like Radr said.

have you considered that your injured tendon might need some REST !!! It happens to the best of us, and it takes a lot of will power to drop certain exercises from the program, but its necessary.
 
YES IT IS BROKEN! No im not on anything right now, i think i did this fucking around wih my gf playing tennis, its ok during the day , but when i do bi's or shoulders it kills me, i guess i will have to rest it, but what are some of the best creams to get thats worked for u guys?? And i am consuming a gallon aday, i think thats enough water
