Help Me Out Bro's...............

Alright, here is my delima. Last year, I ordered a box of Cuban Cigars through the mail. They were shipped from Switzerland and they were also eventually confiscated by our US Customs Department. I had the cigars reshipped, and got them no problem.

I want to order some gear from Adv@#$%^ Ste&%#!#. I am worried that I am on some US Government list somewhere and anytime I order from outside the country, my stuff will get checked and confiscated.

What would you all do? Obviously using a domestic source would be best (I know, here they come, 3-2-1......NO PM'S!!!! I DO NOT NEED A SCAMMER ERRR, I MEAN SOURCE!!!!!), but should I chance the order? Thanks for all the help.

Cuban cigars from Switzerland? LOL I get mine from Cuban friends in South FL. There is a legal amount every person can bring into the country for personal use. Almost Every airport in the world has Cuban cigars in the duty-free area.

Thanks for the help. Hey DJ, I read an article in Cigar Aficianado that said it is illegal for Americans to smoke Cuban cigars ANYWHERE in the world! According to the article, if you are an american, because of our embargo with cuba, you are forbidden to smoke a cuban cigar. Can you believe that? Bastards.

I know lots of folks say your addy gets flagged but that is BS unless maybe you get a large dealer type order seized. I will just say I have had one pack seized but nothing else since with the same addy. It has been about 1.5 yrs and numerous other orders have went thru fine.

I recieved my order in about ten days. Just be sure to only order 1 or 2 cycles worth that way if it is confiscated you will only recieve a confiscation letter. You don't want le to show up at ur door thinking ur a distributor.

I don't think they are going to search your luggage for them but if you put them down on a customs claim form you can bet they will take them.

it's true!! I couldn't believe it either an I googled it an there's a bunchof arcticles on!! a couple years ago they tightened our trade embargo to NO Americans can purchase or even smoke cuban cigars... and it goes on to say you can't purchase clothes, etc, anything made in cuba!! funny how tight they are acting about that... however an arcticle talkin about how Arnold was up up in BC and bought a cuban AND smoked it!! haha!! love that guy!!
