Help me out bros/ladies....shoulder problem!

I have been making progress, for me anyway, lifting and gaining muscle and size....blah, blah, blah....

Anyway, my right shoulder starting hurting like a MF when I would do my flat bench presses. I went to the MD and got to muscle injections (Kenalog and Lidocaine)....it still hurts like a mother@#$@#!

What should I do? Seriously! This hurts like crazy! I have been applying heat and all of that.....
 
flat bench is the worst thing u can do with a shoulder injury.i just went thru that shit ,use dumbells on the flat bench instead for a while.i had to quit completely for two months and its still not

if you still wanna bench, keep your elbows more in towards your body... works for me atleast

and try to lift like a powerlifter with the bar coming down in a natural ark at the bottem of the pecs

also you may want to take a few weeks off, otherwise it will prolly just get worse, dont even ask me about my shoulder
