Help me I'm shrinking!

I have a small problem. I'm 5'8. I've been consumng upwards of 3700-3800 calories a day and I'm not currently on anything. I recently bumped calories up about another 300-400 calories to get to 3800 a day. Problem is, I'm losing weight, not fast but down a couple of more pounds when I weighed myself today. I eat clean, low glycemic carbs, lots of protein, and fat I try to keep at 20-25% of my caloric intake, healthy fats for the most part. I'm fairly lean. My carbs are probably about 40% of my caloric intake roughly. I cut them out the last one or two meals of the day. My 2nd to last meal may have 10-20 carbs and before bed I get a big straight dose of protein. What do I have to do? Increase the carbs? Higher glycemic carbs maybe? I can only afford and eat so much during a day. I eat every 2-3 hours. I do NO cardio and workout 4 days a week. I bartend 3-4 nights a week and I know I'm on my feet a lot, but I don't think that's burning up too much energy. Any suggestions?

Up your calories even more, on a bulking cycle I hit 5000+ calories.. I know you said your not on but, it sounds like you just aren't eating enough to maintain your weight if you're losing weight like you are... I'd up your calories to 4500 and if that doesnt start yielding gains, hit 5000.
and also make sure you are getting 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, daily... that is VERY important.

YUM

Try briding with some ox. That may help along with more caloires. Take some glutamine.

do a body comp evaluation, you should not be burning muscle, you are eating plenty to retain, a few pound difference can be just water

complex carbs...double them
make sure your getting the 1.5 to 2 grams of protien

I know a bro like you....he's 6' about 180 now he went down from 195 in a matter of a few weeks. he doubled his complex carbs back to 185 now.

More carbs

I think more carbs migght do it, just gotta get passsed the mental part of not being as lean.
