I have a small problem. I'm 5'8. I've been consumng upwards of 3700-3800 calories a day and I'm not currently on anything. I recently bumped calories up about another 300-400 calories to get to 3800 a day. Problem is, I'm losing weight, not fast but down a couple of more pounds when I weighed myself today. I eat clean, low glycemic carbs, lots of protein, and fat I try to keep at 20-25% of my caloric intake, healthy fats for the most part. I'm fairly lean. My carbs are probably about 40% of my caloric intake roughly. I cut them out the last one or two meals of the day. My 2nd to last meal may have 10-20 carbs and before bed I get a big straight dose of protein. What do I have to do? Increase the carbs? Higher glycemic carbs maybe? I can only afford and eat so much during a day. I eat every 2-3 hours. I do NO cardio and workout 4 days a week. I bartend 3-4 nights a week and I know I'm on my feet a lot, but I don't think that's burning up too much energy. Any suggestions?
