Help me im bloated!

I am on the depo provera shot . I get it every 3 monthes and I blow up like a baloon afterwards. My boyfriend told me today that I look like I've put on a few pounds in the last week and I am figureing that it's from the shot. Maybe it's also because right now it should be that time of the month but it's not because that has gone away since i've been on depo.(about 4 monthes) Anyways.... If anyone has any suggestions on how to get rid of the bloating please inform me.

cut your sodium intake and drink lots and lots of water..........also like diamonddiceclay said, no white starchy cubs........stick to complex curbs.
depo provera is not the best if you are trying to stay lean.
