Help Me Get to My Cycle Goals

I need a bit of advice on diet and training, and a review of my cycle. Perhaps this was a post for the diet forum but anyways here it is. Basically I have the 8 weeks to run this, come off, do all my hcg and pct and then i'm headed to central america to spend a month on the beach between semesters. (hopefully somewhere with a gym). The goals is to have 3 weeks of pct under my belt by the time i leave. Anyhow i've just started this cycle and would like some input on different training methods and diet advice to reach my goals. I was thinking just hitting the carb post workout only with low fats and high protein coupled with heavy weights and 3-4x.week cardio (am and pre lift).


Wk 1-6
Test P 100mg/day
Tren A 75mg/day
Mast 75mg/day
var 50mg/day
wk6-8
test p 100mg/day - let the tren clear the system

fat Burners
Week 1-2 200mg dnp/day
Week 1-8 ramp up and down t3 (max dose of 150mcg/day)
Week 1-8 clen 2 weeks on 2 off (inj helios 2on2off)

Week 1-12
R-ALA
Creatine (week 1-6, 10-14)
No explode (1-6, 10-14)
Milk Thystle
Vit C

PCT
Week 4 hcg 1000iu/day –5days (arimidex week 3-5)
Week 10-12 hcg @ 1000iu/day-10days) – (vitiman E @1000iu/day)
Week 10-13 Clomid for 40 days (300-2days, 100-28days, 50-10days)
Week 10-14 arimidex @ 0.5mg/day for 25 days

Current stats: 6'4" 247-50lbs, 12-13%bf
Goal: 6'4" 235-40lbs 7-8%bf
 
Keep us posted with progress, I'd love to know how it goes. Also, be careful running T3 up as high as you are; you're getting into territory you'll see the scale going down quickly because of losing muscle and never even realize it until it's over.
 
Tren and Mast together? I hope you don't like hair!

Keep your stacks simple unless you are a professional making a career go at it and being that you are asking for training/diet advice, I'm assuming you aren't a pro at this....

It's just me, but mostly because I like my hair and seem to have a high tolerance for tren, but I'd drop the Masteron, tren alone at 500mg will burn fat like an infernal...I dropped from 9% to 5% in 3 weeks running tren at 375mg and test at 250mg (though our bodies are different).

When cutting I like my tren dosage to exceed my test dosage to cut down aromatization and water retention....

Also you are running Mast, Tren with 2 sources of Creatine which equals major night sweats which will sweat fat, but not the way you want it.....I hate night sweats....

Protein: 350g - (chicken and fish only) no beef
carbs: 250-300 - (all clean: oatmeal, brown rice, etc)
fat: 10-15 - (flax oil and fish oil)
Stay away from salt - (high water retention)(If it taste like card board then it's good!)

Total cals - (2600-2800)

Training major body parts - 15/12/10/8 (reps)
Training smaller body parts - 20/15/12 (reps)

This should get you extremely tight....Not to speak as if you don't know what you are doing, but I'm a bigger fan of good diet control for cutting than loading up my body with so many compounds.....

the product i'm using is called rip fuel which contains the mast/prop/test p in that combo. I'm also running armidex the whole way through at 1mg/day so hopefully the bloat wont be to bad. I'm trying to keep the fats down but i'm also trying to keep the carbs down too. I'd like to hear anyones thoughts on running it where i only have carbs pwo. As for my hairline, (kock on wood) always has been good always will be, i've ran tren/proviron together with no problems, good genes for the hair i guess. That being said the tren and mast are only in for six weeks. Also can anyone chime in on running rala 3x/day? As for the nightsweats, they're back and really not to big an issue to me. ( the sweat dripping onto one of my lady friends as we go at it, now that's the only one that suffers... mu hahahaha)
