I have
T400
Armidex (liquid)
Need2slin
Katanadrol 2.0

help me, should I just run the Need2slin +Katanadrol til my bf gets down THEN get on the T400? Or run it all at once? I have a trip February 20th somewhere hot I wanna look good for.

Gimme some opinions, dosing options. etc. :)

Run the Katanadrol and Need2Slin together. Need2Slin will command insulin to do exactly what you want, pushing macronutrients into the muscle and away from fat. It can be VERY effective ON and OFF cycle.
I suggest taking one capsule for everyday containing less than 40gm of carbs and two capsules for meals containing more than 40gm of carbs. However, do not exceed six caps in a day, IMO. I haved tried many protocol for Need2Slin and realize what works for myself and my clients. Everyone will react a bit differently with dosages.

What does your diet look like?
 
How do I run the Katanadrol? I see it's recommended at 4-5 caps a day. Do I spread them out like 2-2-1 or 2-1-1 or what?

I lift Mon-Tues-Thurs-Fri and do cardio at least 3 times a week(Usually Monday, Wednesday and a weekend day). 30 minute on the treadmil, interval. 2mins at 3.5mph, 2mins at 6.5mph.

Diet looks somethin like this..It's about 2500 Cals, I get about 230g of Protein, 130g of fat(most from almonds) and i forget how much carbs.

I eat approx every 2.5-3 hours

Breakfast
5 eggs (3 eggs, 2 whites)
Packet of Quakers Oat + water

Snack
1/3 cup of almonds
protein powder + water

Lunch
Can of Tuna (water)
touch of honey mustard
ON a slice of Ezikial bread or sour dough


Snack
1/3 Almonds
Protein powder + water

Supper
2-3 grilled chicken
1 cup of spinache
bit of hot sauce for taste


Snack
1/3 cup of almonds
Protein powder + water
 
The question is, whats been happening body comp wise on your existing workout plan? Have you been losing fat? The gear is just icing on the cake, it wont make or break you goals on its own. In order to know what you need to do you need to know what is happening with what your currently doing.
 
Increase protien a bit more to around 250 or so. Replace a shake with a food meal..

Trying dosing it at AM, pre workout, post workout, and PM is needed
 
make suggestions on replacement meals then moya lol. more or less because I'm unsure sometimes about meals I can use to replace that won't harm my cutting process.

and zygmail i just began this diet my friend is a body builder and provided me with it I am open to suggestion though.
 
any clean protein will work to replace a shake or two... you can add more chicken, but i would like to see some lean beef in there, imo it is the best... you could also use more eggs if you like, its really up to you... even salmon would be good...
ok, your diet isnt that bad, but you could do better by getting in more real food proteins is all...
if i were you i would substitute one shake for a lean protein (beef or fish) and then add an extra meal of chicken and mixed greens...
eat every two hours to accomodate the extra meal...
 
Cool that sounds good. I'll probably sub it in for the second snack. mainly because the 3rd snack is before my workout so a protein shake is good before the gym.
