help me diet

Sup guys im
5'11 and i weight 160

I really want to bulk up in muscle and size and get a lot bigger arms etc. Doesnt everybody?

Im going to start lifting 4-5 times a week very intensely again, "i am a football player and i lifted for the whole summer + Season then gave up"

I wont let this happen again.

I really need some good foods to eat, shakes to make or buy. any suppment please reccomend it to me if it will help

I do have a fast metabolism. And what im trying to point out is im looking for recipes, Shakes/Bars to buy that will make me get bigger and a good whey protein to use when i start lifting.

The adventure is about to begin.

Use real food, and as much of it as you can. Bars are crap, and shakes are only to supplement.

You'll also have to lay out your entire diet for on/off days from training, no one can do that for you.
