Hey - I've gone through this exercise before, but I'm re-thinking what my first cycle should include and I wanted some suggestions. This time I'll give a little better background on my current physique, my goals, and my requirements.
I'm 26, 6'2, 230, 18%BF - working hard to get to 15% before I start the cycle
I'm pretty athletic and want to stay that way...meaning I'd rather not bulk up too much. I want to concentrate on losing BF and adding a little lean muscle mass. My overall goal is 10-12%BF at a weight of 220-230.
So far I've added a 4 day sprint workout to my routine and have cut carbs big-time. Both seem to have helped out quite a bit.
Oh - and one more thing - Money is an issue - I don't want to break the bank.
