I was doing max effort seated good mornings today. The bar slid a little down my back while i was in the middle of the rep.
So when i stood up to rack the bar i had to bounce it up a little to get it on my shoulders.
When i was doing that my spotter lifted it up at the same time so it got a little height and came down on the vertebre just at the base of the neck.
There wasnt any immediate pain. And there really isnt any now, some times it feels like there might be some, but it could be imagined.
Any idea how i can check to make sure that i didnt screw things up.
