Help make a fat loss stack

bigrand

New member
Having trouble loosing fat here guys,

Im holding it in my ass, legs, chest, and hips.
I feel like a fucking girl!

I will have these compounds, how should i best run them?

Nolva 20mg tabs (60)
NYC from AF (about 120 tabs)
Capoten 50mg tabs (56)
Clen .02microg tabs (i will have enough for whatever is needed)

I also have 20 200mg DNP vials in the freezer......

Any ideas?

Here is what i'm on right now and its working well.

week 1-10...750mg Omnadren per week
week 1-10...20mg Nolvadex per day
week 1-10...120mcg of Clenbuterol per day...2 weeks on then ECA for 2 weeks then repeat
week 1-8....T3..dosed up to 200mcg per day then back down over an 8 week period

low carbs, high protein, moderate fat..cardio and weights 4 x a week.

You may want to try Thermorexin from the AF site. There is a GREAT thread going on about it right now - read Fonz's post on it, its a good one. I would think Thermo might be a good replacement for the ECA stack.

cardio didnt work well for me, i still tend to hold fat in estro related areas really bad, no matter what it doesnt seem to leave, thats why im using all these ER agonists like Capoten, Clen, NYC, Nolva.....

It sux being a fat fuk. I am one... at least in my stomach.. all other areas are good. I'm on T3 right now, and it isn't doing shit.. just makes my hands shake. I don't know how long it takes to kick in though...been at 100mcg for about 1 1/2 wks...

DNP is probably the best thing. Of course everyone swears by the T3 - Clen stack as being the best fat burning stack... but it doesn't do shit for me. Clen just makes me racy... like ECA...

But it seems a bit unreasonable to say that cardio doesn't work... that WILL work.. but you have to do more than walk on the treadmill at 3 mph for 30 minutes... You have to put yourself at an incline and pump up the speed.. jog a little...walk fast...

I regress, i dont think that it DOESNT work, just not very well....
When i do cardio i go balls out for 20 min. HR gets to around 160-180.

Had my prolactin levels checked about a month ago, levels were well within range, so i dont think Bromo will have as much of an effects as anti-e meds.

Bromo will have more of an effect then anti-e meds. Bromo doesn't cause fat loss by lowering prolactin levels... It is a dopamine agonist, and increases your bodies ability to burn fat. Also helps with appetite suppression.

forget the nolva and capoten

get some femara

selegine and hydergine (or bromo.. LOW DOSE)

EC or NYC or thermorexin ( :D) or rotate

clen MAY be taken with NYC or thermorexin (not with EC) or may be rotated

btw- for most people the appetite suppression from thermorexin is VERY significant.. so a Dopaminergic may not be needed.

Thanx Mac,
Being a student, i might have to go with the nolva instead of letrozole being as its like 5 times as much.
I will look into bromo, or the others as replacement (i dont want it ONLY as a appitite suppressant, but rather a thermo).

Is Capoten worthless?

Still have over a bottle or NYC left and will be getting clen soon.

How about rotating the Clen and NYC and running the anti-e and the bromo (or the replacements) throughout?
I could always throw in the DNP for 200mg ED for 20 days while on the others, but knowing my past with allergies (i know, quercertin) and drug withdrawl last spring, i dont want to over do it!!!!!

Any one get their hands on compound C75 yet?

Working on diet right now, but still need the extra cuz for real, this estro fat WONT leave no matter what i do.

Im unaware of the mechanics of the two, why is femara so superior to nolva?
Correct me if im wrong here.....
Nolva antagonises the estro receptor while femara stops the aromatase enzyme stopping all estrogen from being formed.
Wouldnt i want something that acts directly on the estro receptors in the estro fat and not on the formation of estrogen?

Im probly way off with my statement 8-)

nolva is a SERM
selective estrogen receptor modulator
it acts as both agonist and antagonist of the ER..

studies with menapausal women show fat gain with nolva...

well now, we dont want that now do we!
Ill give it a thought.
I do like the way nolva makes me feel though, i have more energy and aggression and my sex drive goes up.
When i was taking Nolva with NYC, the effects were greater than with NYC alone.
Mac, if you could, let a brutha know whats in the new Thermorexic stuff AF has, it sounds way to good to be true (at least in terms of helping me) and people say its better than DNP.
How the hell is it so damn effective? Would it help me with my spots?

Thermogen and anorectant complex:

Synephrine hcl: 10mg
Synephrine is an alpha 1 agonist. Its main purpose is appetite suppression. It also has some mild thermogenic effects.

Caffeine USP: 100 mg
Caffeine is a basic part of most thermogenic stacks, it produces most of its effects by raising Cyclic AMP levels. In conjunction with other thermogens it has been shown to be more effective.

Yohimbine hcl: 3mg
Yohimbine is an alpha 2 antagonist. It is main effects are lipolysis of stubborn fats. It does this by blocking the A2 which is like an off switch for fat burning in those stubborn areas. It also has mild appetite suppressive effects

Theophylline: 30mg
Theophylline, derived from a 25% black tea extract, is a methylxanthine similar to caffeine. However it is also a mild beta adrenoceptor agonist. It provides mild stimulation, beta receptor related thermogenesis and bronchiodilation for improved cardio output.

Green tea (98%): 50mg
Green tea extract provides 30mg (60%) of ecgc, a thermogenic enhancing polyphenol. Studies show significant increase in basal metabolic rate with green tea, significantly more when combined with other thermogens.

Nootropic and Focus Intensification Complex:

2-oxo-pyrrolidone: 50mg
Also known as piracetam, this is one of the most well researched nootropics. While its exact mechanism of action remains in contention its positive impact on memory and neurological function, which is often impaired while dieting, are undisputed.

DMAE: 40mg
DMAE is a precursor to acetylcholine the main neurotransmitter in the human brain. Supplementation with DMAE has been shown to increase neuromuscular performance as well as providing a direct but mild stimulatory effect which acts to reduce perceived exertion.

Vinpocetine: 3mg
Vinpocetine increases blood flow to the brain as well as increasing levels of noradrenaline and dopamine which increases mental energy and focus.

Acetyl-l-Carnitine: 50mg
Acetyl-l-Carnitine is a co-factor and regulator of a number of biological reactions that are important both for lipolysis and neural function including the synthesis of acetylcholine. It has been shown in numerous studies to improve the levels of beneficial neurotransmitters as well as upregulating their receptors. It has positive impact on thyrotropin (thyroid) and growth hormone releasing factors.

Acetyl-tyrosine: 50mg
A more biologically active form of tyrosine which is a precursor for dopamine and norepinephrine that are among the "fat burning" and appetite control neurotransmitters. It was added because Tyrosine is often depleted with "fat burner" use. Tyrosine is also essential for the synthesis of thyroid hormone.

Lipolytic Environment Complex:

Glucorell R®: 10mg/40mcg
Glucorell R consisting of 10mg of R+ alpha lipoic and 40mcg of biotin. Glucorell R has been shown to lower plasma insulin levels which is essential for fat burning. It is even more important with the use of fat burners since they can cause plasma insulin to rise as they "access" glycogen stores. The addition of Glucorell R takes care of the problem.

Additional Ingredients

Kelp: 40mg

Kelp is rich in iodine and helps to maintain proper thyroid function which is essential for fat loss and energy.

Rhodiola Rosea (3% rosavins): 50mg

Rhodiola Rosea, also known as arctic root, is a powerful adaptogen. It has been shown in clinical trials to help maintain neurotransmitter production, endurance, and stave off depression (which is a common cause of cravings as high sugar meals raise serotonin levels). It also may have some benefits with respect to erectile function, which has been reported by testers of Thermorexin.

Bioperine®: 5mg

Bioperine is a black pepper extract that has been clinically shown to improve the uptake of nutrients

Ginger root extract: 3mg
Ginger root has been shown to improve uptake of nutrients, though by a slightly different method than bioperine. There is an additive effect, with respect to absorption, when they are used in conjunction.

MINERAL COMPLEX:

Zinc 4mg
Immune function and hormone maintenance. Also helps with tanning, essential for melanin production
Magnesesium 30mg
prevents cramping from heavy exercise and electrolyte depletion, may have benefits with respect to hormone levels
Copper 750mcg
Immune function, also important for melanin production.

Vitamin B1- Thiamine 5mg
Thiamin enhances circulation and helps with the metabolism of carbohydrates. It is also required for the health of the nervous system and is used in the biosynthesis of the neurotransmittersacetylcholine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).

Vitamin B3- as co-factor Nicotinamide 10mg
Nicotinamide, via its major metabolite NAD++ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), is involved in a wide range of biological processes but most importantly the production of energy.

Vitamin B5- as d-calcium pantothenate 10mg
d-calcium pantothenate is important for the production of the essential cofactor called Coenzyme A. Coenzyme A is necessary for production of steroid hormones and cholesterol. Coenzyme A is also necessary for some of the more important enzymatic processes include the break down and use of carbohydrates and fats. (ie. glycogenolysis, glycolysis, lipolysis, peroxisomal and mitochondrial beta oxidation, and the TCA energy producing cycle )

Vitamin B6- as co-factor Piridoxal-5-phosphate 3mg
Piridoxal-5-phosphate is the active form of vitamin B-6, it is essential for protein synthesis and lipid metabolism. P-5-P has additional benefits with respect to heart health, influence on homcysteine levels, and on reducing pre-menstrual symptoms likely due to its effects on neurotransmitter synthesis.

Vitamin B12- cyanocobalimin 300mcg 5000%
Cyanocobalamin is a Powerful blood building factor. It is a key nutrient for new growth. It is Important factor in maintaining health of nervous system, including brain cells. Cyanocobalamin is also necessary for normal digestion, absorption of foods, protein synthesis and carbohydrate and fat metabolism.

Vitamin C 50mg

Vitamin C is required in the synthesis of collagen in connective tissue, neurotransmitters, steroid hormones, carnitine, conversion of cholesterol to bile acids and enhances iron bioavailability. Ascorbic acid is a great antioxidant and helps protect the body against free radicals released during exercise and dieting.

How the hell is it so damn effective? Would it help me with my spots?

well as the designer of the formulation, hence biased, it is definitely extremely potent for most users with respect to fat loss through various mechanisms.

better than DNP.. thats a personal judgment call.. it is quite effective..

as to trouble spots.. yes it will help.. but in your case beleive that the addition of an aromatase inhibitor would be very beneficial... perhaps not essential.. but definitely a plus..

btw- as a side note, perhaps a bit off topic and yet somewhat appropriate given the context of the comparisons.. the product development name for Thermorexin was "Project Hades".. somewhat amusing in retrospect...

well had some STUBBORN fat.........dam did everything
ya ya ya cardio 5 days\week ate clean..trained

I bite the bullet went on 200mg dnp\day for 5 days
smoked it off !! 6lbs 3% bf

I guess my body was holding on to it and the dnp pried it free
