While I'm at it, I might as well make my nuts shrink and make my dick go limp.... geez... its a conspiricy... in my quest to be manly, I have to take juice that gives me the characteristics of a 13 year old girl.

ok i'm only kidding... don't flame me.

But seriously! What are some stacks that have caused the worst side effects for you guys? I already got a little acne on my back (I blame it on jiu jitsu and sweat) and the hairline isn't doing so well these days. I don't want to make it worse when I make my first attempt. Its a fat loss and strength that I'm after, by the way.

ps. don't ask. my dick works fine.

good question bulldog... actually both.
Whats a BAD combo for side effects?

and whats a good starter combo for a total beginnger who isn't even a competent weight lifter?

I'm already on an ECA and taking pyruvates (i don't think they are doing much), watching my diet, drinking enough water to drown myself, lots of cardio (6 hours a day kickboxing in Thailand heat). but I just can't seem to get ripped! I'm also taking creatine the past week or so for the muscle recovery and extra musclular endurnace during training and I know its puffying me up. I'll get off it before I cycle.

the stats:
i'm 5ft 7 at about 175 and my shitty scale tells me I'm about 16% bf. But I know its not reliable. Remember, I'm a fighter, not a body builder. I want endurance, strength and I need to be LEAN. I'd like to be down around 150 for competitions. It seems i just can't afford GH at this time. I'm also limited to what i can get over the border. So far I started collecting amps of Primotestin and deca and can't find winny yet.

Whats a bad combo, whatever your body can't handle. Everyones body reacts differently than other. I love deca and anadrol. Most people would stay away from that.

I am gonna go out on a limb here and say keep doing what you are doing. Cardio and eating right + training will get you to the goals that you want. If you really feel the need to add some gear then I would go with something that is non-aromatizing and non-androgenic. It sounds like that is what you need. Stick to Primo or Anavar for your goals. If you want something harsher then use that Deca. It is gonna bloat you though so get prepared. Just my .02 bro

Try Anavar only cycle and see how you react. Winny may be a good choice for you as well as adding a little deca (200mg) for joints. If you don't add the deca, winny will dry up your joints and last time I checked that's exactly the opposite of what you want in JuJitsu.

Bro I think your sentence, "a total beginnger who isn't even a competent weight lifter?", says it all. Lift naturally for a couple of years before you start with the gear.

"and whats a good starter combo for a total beginnger who isn't even a competent weight lifter? "

I would hate that anyone recommend AS to anyone who is in this position. You should get your house in order first. If anything, try an ECA and continue with solid training and diet.

Your BF is obviously a bit high. Even without dieting this could be easily fixed by incorporating more general athleticism into your life, eg. bicycling, running, playing a variety of sports, etc. ... since you don't sound like you are really seeking a bodybuilder type physique, simply "do more" "more often" and you will be much leaner. Learn about good dietary practices and the BF will continue to drift down.

Just my 2c. If I were you I would not want to mess with my natural test production etc. unless I was absolutely of myself.

If you are hell bent on getting lean, though, a good restricted cal diet, plus a fat burner, plus a winny only or test only or test + winny combo, would certainly work. But you have to ask yourself if a few more mins on the stair climber and trading some of those empty calories for quality protein and good fats might not be a better choice.

Looking over your post, I can see that a lack of cardio isn't your problem. Maybe the problem is you are actually overtraining / doing too much cardio.

Total focus on resistance training has actually made many people leaner than they were when they did all sorts of cardio - it kind of depends on your genetics.

Insufficient rest / overtraining might be the problem... again, some respond OK to high volume training & cardio, many other people respond better to intense weights, sufficient rest, + quality diet.

Have you thought about trying some wind sprints?
