Help liver!!!!

Ok this may or may not be the right forum for this but I need advice. I know someone who has been an alcoholic for years and now has liver problems. Severe. He has quit drinking but doctors are not hopeful about his situation. Unless he can get into some rehab soon (trying to find a place that will take him) he will probably die. He needs help. Can any of the liver helpers help him? What is the best. Any advice is greatly appreciated

The liver is extremely resilient and regenerates every 180 days so unless his enzyme count is 1000+ I don't see why he wouldn't be able to get it down to a healthy level with liver supplements and a fairly strict diet.. Need more info tho, wat are his enzyme levels? How old is he, wat was he actually diagnosed with? Fatty liver? And was it actually induced by alcohol..

All I know is he is 43 and drank heavily. Doctors don't think he has very long to live. I can try to get more information tomorrow. What diets would be recomended and supplements

Very first thing I would do is go to another doctor and get a second opinion and maybe see a specialist.

Try find more information and it'll be easier to give u more advice, it sounds more like he has liver cancer wen u say he doesnt have long to live.

I'd reccommend liver tone plus by corbet health. And if it really is that serious he may benefit from a vegetarian diet for atleast 6-8months, as I said the regeneration rate of the liver is 180 days so he would need to stick to something for atleast 6months.
