*HELP* Late night post-workout supplement to take while dropping BF%

My workout regime has me lifting/training + cardio at 8-10pm nightly nowadays.

The workouts are great because i'm blazing up all the calories i've consumed all day. My problem is though now when I wake up I feel sore as all hell, I'm guessing it's due to the fact that I don't consume any food/supplement post-workout. My problem is I have no appetite or enjoy eating anything after i'm done working out @ 10-11pm, plus i'm trying to shed some xtra bf so I don't want to store unnecessary cals during sleep. Basically I pass out on a empty stomach after my workouts and wake up the next morning to a coffee and don't even supplement in protein until noon. Ouch, yeah i'm dropping some fat but I feel weak ass all hell, lethargic.

My question is, i'm trying to stay lean and drop some fat, but apparently i'm doing this the wrong way and need to supplement in some type of protein or BCAA's to keep me from feeling so awful each morning.

My routine is: 1 hour lift, 30 min cardio ED

Would appreciate any feed or advice.

Whey protein PW. It will digest very fast, within an hour. Also, you definitely want to eat more protein during the day, especially in the morning. You will lose muscle and strength without enough protein.

and some organic cottage cheese before bed will help with muscle preservation and gettin lean. Some nights I have my whey and fast carbs post workout, then cottage cheese then go to bed too. I train like 8.00-9.00 quite often..

One scoop of whey protein, mixed with one scoop of casein protein, milk, L-glutamine, and flax oil. Try that for a few days. Maybe even add some yogurt.
