help,lackin chest,saggy nipples!!

ok im 20 im descent build in 6 foot 1 and 200 lbs, i need some help the only part of my body is slacking is my chest, i need to build it any suggestions!!? also my nipples look like they are sagging i dnt kno if its bf or waht but ne ideas on how 2 lose it?
 
if your nipples are actually sagging, that sounds like gyno or high bodyfat. if you mean that they are just low or pointing down- that might just be genetics and the way your pecs form.
post a pic- if you don't want to leave it up ask a mod to remove it.
 
Dips then weighted dips as you get stronger and dumbell presses,flat and incline, kick in pushups for a finish.In 3 for 4 weeks you will see results..Then start banging out heavy bench press doing heavyweight at 3 to 4 reps or less and ppl will see the changes.... GL
