When my wrist was giving me some pain here are some variations I did, it wasnt as serious as what youve mentioned however:

EZ curl bar standing curls and preachers

Cable push downs for triceps

You might want to experiment with different width grips on the barbell also, for any types of free weight presses. Dumbells will probabally be the worst for your wrist. It may take some experimentation to see what feels best. Hope that helps!!

Man bro, that's a tough one! Why not just take 2 or 3 weeks to allow it to properly heal? I mean, there aren't many exercises you can do for upper body, that won't put pressure on a Wrist in my opinon.

How bad is the injury?

I always found that ez-bar preacher curls were tough on my wrists.
Hammer Dumbbell curls might not be too tough on your wrists.

I think what AtomicPunk said is the best advice, let it heal. You dont want to keep injuring it, it will just set you back further than where youare now.

With my past experimentations, the ez-bar preacher curl does put strain on my wrist. hammer dumbbell's do not. cabel push down's are moderate. i have been using harbinger wrist wraps for a while. it is going to take a long while for my wrist to properly heal, for it has been bothering me on and off for the last 1.5 years. im going to try and do it right this time but only doing exercise that put little to no strain on it. thx everyone.
