Help: Is this the right stack for me?

Hi guys,

I have been lifting real heavy and i do ATLEAST 45+min of cardio a day. I workout atleast 5-6 days a week, with adequate rest on each muscle group. I like to hit each muscle group twice a week.

Here are my stats:

Age: 23
Height: 6 "2"
Weight: 215 pounds
Fat: around 15%.

I am thinking on doing TEST E at 250mg for atleast 8-10 weeks with 40-50mg anavar from 5-10th week. And from 10th week, i will do novadex at 50mg. Question is i want to just get cut and ripped for the summer, my problem is i work out a LOT with good cardio, but that stomach fat at the bottom is just not going away.

Problems:

I drink often, but i burn it off with extra cardio. But that does not help with my low test. I eat pretty decent, with atleast 1g of protien for my body weight.

Please advice me regarding this cycle. I am new to this forum, so hopefully i can get a good advice from yall.

If you want to do all that your diet will have to be on point. Drop the alcohol. People never seem to realize how many calories are In alcohol especially mixed drinks. Do that first before pinning yourself. BTW you probably gonna get flamed because of your age.

Thanks man i understand that. I am planning on quitting drinking for a while. Even when i drink, i am pretty careful not to drink anything with sugar, i only drink whiskey and diet.

Hi, eddy merckx here with my standard speech: you are at an age when you should be able to grow like a weed w/o gear---if not, it means (1) workout is off; (2) diet is off; and/or--and this is the biggie, (3) sleep is off.

I understand that at 23 everyone is certain that their genetically limited so they need gear--well, you might be, but you need more time of natty training. At 23, I did not have enough self control to really use gear correctly (not that I even really knew what it was anyway). Maybe you do, but if you do you have the control to wait at least a few years. Work on diet/training techniques/understand your body and its needs.

VIP, proper gear use will make you strong, but you soft tissue needs time to either build in the 1st place or catch up. (don't forget androgens and soft tissue are not friends). Stack w/deca or equipoise triggering production of pro-collagen helps, but it's more just to stay close/lose less. Even with all the otc joint supps, you will get hurt. Ever see a bros bicep roll up his arm like a window shade--or pec blow out--nasty nasty nasty

Wait a few years--I know you won't but I have to say it.

Agreed ^^^^^

I agree with what was said as well. But I will also say to what you've posted, to me it looks like you need more rest, better diet and your lifestyle in general is what's really holding you back. You have some things to work on before using aas. I can almost guarantee you that you'll loose most if not all of your gains and waste your money.

The amount of protein you consume in a day is only one step of a proper diet. You also have healthy fats and clean complex carbs to go with it.

Alcohol is very toxic on your body and also most is high in sodium. You don't want that crap in your system if you're serious enough about lifting to the point you want to run aas. It's for the serious dedicated and educated only.

people always seem to underestimate rest. You'd be shocked to see how your body will respond to resting more and working out less frequently. 45+ minutes of cardio a day plus hitting each body part twice a week 5-6 days is way too much. Atleast for me it is. Intensity is the key.
