Help! Is this gyno?

For the last 8 weeks, I've beeing doing a cycle of 500 Sust/week, and 250 Cyp/week. To be honest, I haven't been taking Nolva religiously, because I've never had a problem with gyno etc before. All of a sudden, though, a little bump appeared on my chest, RIGHT next to my nipple. It looks exactly like a twin of my nipple. It's topical, meaning it doesn't seem to have any formation under the skin; it's just sitting on my chest. Is this just some aberrant growth? Or is it a sign of gyno? Or am i just being paranoid?!? Thanks for your help.

ive had lumps behind the nip, never heard of that. you might wanna see a doc bro. good luck

My experience with Gyno was a lump under my right nip - got to be about as big as a marble - then my nips felt irritated like I had been out surfing all day (rubbing against the surf board). Nolva 20mgs/day cleared it right up.

gynecomastia is a fiberous growth behind the nipple not on the surface- such as a pimple. Is this like a growth on top of the skin you're talking about? can you get a picture? sounds like a puss to me, but could be something else. Describe more clearly w/ pics.
